sheet, income statement, cash flow statement).
● Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory
requirements.
● Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights into potential cost savings
or investment opportunities.
● Manage cash flow, ensuring the organization has the liquidity necessary to meet its
obligations and pursue growth opportunities.
● Develop and manage the company’s capital structure, including debt, equity, and other
funding sources.
● Optimize working capital and improve cash flow management processes.
● Oversee the company’s annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
and financial capacity.
● Implement cost-saving initiatives and improve operational efficiency without sacrificing quality
● Monitor spending, analyse variances, and adjust financial forecasts as needed

Managing a portfolio of clients and effectively performing a role to ensure weekly and monthly deliverables are met within the set deadline

Meet business owners and C-level executives to discuss and interpret their monthly financial performance and set out the action plan to combat any shortcomings .

Setting policies and procedures across client’s operation’s and finance functions

Ensure all the accounting work carried out with is in line with local and international accounting standards ( IAS & IFRS )

Preparation of financial Reports, forecast, Budgets, contingency plans , feasibility study reports

Preparing and analyzing financial statements profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow ( monthly, quarterly, year end)
Managing accounts payable by recording the purchase orders after reviewing the goods delivery notes & reconcile the suppliers statements and do the necessary bank transfers at the agreed terms
Managing accounts receivable by reviewing the collections and verify the bank deposits
Issue bills, invoices, payment vouchers, receipts vouchers, cheques
Handling the petty cash expenses with attaching the supporting documents to the accounting system
Handling the payroll and calculating the commissions
Reconciliation of bank statements, credit cards statements and payments getway
Monthly and yearly stock counts and do the necessary adjustments after taking the client approvals
Audit preparation by having all the materials/records and provide the complete files
