Job Responsibilities: • Administer the issuance of local purchase orders for acquisition of supplies etc.
• Preparing and Managing documentation for all types of tenders, pre-qualification and contracting requirements.
• Coordinating with the requisitioner, accounts, logistics provider and follow-up with contractors.
• Independently handle daily business correspondence thru e-mail/fax, conduct commercial bid evaluation, coordinate meetings.
• Prepare records (minutes) during the entire procurement, develops and implements a processes monitoring system to eliminate deficiencies in procurement at PR.
• Maintenance and regular updating of suppliers' registers.
• Prepare the contractual agreements with the foreign vendors.
• Take competitive edge by gaining accurate visitibility and effective control over inventory and setting prices.
• To Check procurement activities such as Process, Review, Implement, follow up, etc. of Materials/Services. Record, follow up and documentation of pre/post PO, RFQ, Quotations, PR, Contracts/Services, etc.
