Lead the Workforce Management System.
•Apply Applicable Laws according to Factor Act.
•Handling of Outsource Manpower.
•Contractual AC & Job Order manpower (Joining/Attrition)
•Preparation of Contractual & Job Order manpower Budget.
•Preparation of Permanent Staff Budget.
•Detail working on WPPF activities.
•Updating Social Securities and EOBI of Contractual Employees.
•Handling Contractor bills both job order and annual contract manpower.
•Coordinate with manpower contractors.
•Contractual manpower bills verification with WMS Reports.
•Run multiple reports on daily basis of contractual manpower.
•Monthly basis Overtime Time summary in MS Excel format of contractual and permanent staff.
•Department/Section wise manpower list updating.
