Making control for ICRC telephones by calling and answering incoming telephones and ensure \nconnection with adequate department . and Receiving &Sending internal /internal Mails and registered \naccordingly in the log book (stamped and dated ) . updated the ICRC staff Mobile phone list and send to Khartoum monthly . \nReceiving & controlling ICRC visitors by welcoming and orienting them to the appropriate ICRC employee \n& Translate to Admin and help him in some admin activities & Acting the welcome officer when he is \nAbsent. preparing bordereaux to other sub delegations and offices and ensure reception and distribution \nof the pouch . and perform other admin activities . \n Type of business: Assist the General Administrator in various matters, including management, supervision, planning, organization, control, information exchange, networking, negotiation, etc \n Be aware of and advises the Administrator in various fields (socio-political, political, economical, cultural and religious matters). \n Analyse the situation in various fields (maintenance, housekeeping/cooking, security, setup, structure etc.) and propose necessary improvements \n Supervise the day-to-day management of HR, Finance, Maintenance, Premises, Housekeeping, Guards. \n Analyse, assess efficient office management, and propose improvements when necessary.
