Assisting to:
•Monitor, timely follow up prepare necessary documents and record for:-
•Labor related: Quota, Work permit, Labor Card, Inspection…etc. New, renewal, update and cancellation
•Immigration Related: Visa issuance of new employees, renewal, update, cancellation, status change...etc.
•Health Screening follow up for the company visa holders and appointments.
•Municipality: Companies Trade license Issuance, renewal, cancellations, clearance and update details as per policy and procedure of ADDED.ADDC and Food Control Authority.
•Tenancy Contract update: issue, renew with ADCP and other agencies.
•Traffic Department Related: Monitor companies vehicle Registrations, Traffic penalty payments, new vehicle and renew timely
•Vehicle Insurance: Monitor Vehicle Insurance and issue new policies for new vehicles and follow up and renewal for existing vehicle insurance yearly and accident claiming and follow up for maintenance with relevant agencies.
•Health insurance: Issue health insurance for new staff and follow up for the renewal of group and individual policies yearly especially with DAMAN.
•Embassies related: Arranging business visa for Higher Management and sales related person to visit almost all over the main countries of the world.
