•Ability to accomplish material requisitions development, bid evaluations and recommendations, vendor technical packages review and approval.

•Assist Resident Engineer in reviewing electrical shop drawings and ensure its compliance with design and contractual requirements.
•Aware of interfaces between electrical and other disciplines, assuring that all interfaces are covered during the construction or commissioning.
•Assist Resident Engineer in reviewing of electrical materials and ensure its compliance with contractual requirements.
•Review all contractor submittals related to discipline addressing Method Statements, Project Quality Plan, Safety Plan, Schedules and compliance with Project objectives.
•Supervising & monitoring site executions keeping in view Company/Client process assets, contractual obligations, technical specifications, BOQ, scope of work and specified standards.
•Closely monitoring site inspector’s performance.
•Make sure that all site inspections are carried out as per intervention points marked in the approved Inspection and Test Plan.
•Participate in progress, technical and coordination meetings as required.
•Participate in equipment factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), commissioning and start-up as required.
•Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
•Implement best practices and learning with special focus on standardization. Develop and sharing best practices, work processes, system and tools based on experience gained in a portfolio of independent projects.

Responsible for monitoring and checking site installations to ensure its adherence to the drawings and specifications.

Perform the tasks of maintaining drawing registers, drawing files as well as site filing system.

Make sure that proper safety measures are taken by the contractor workers to avoid any accidents.

Make sure that materials used by contractor are approved by the owner/consultant.

Inspection of materials delivery and site management.

Responsible for all the necessary measures to be taken to ensure the QC as per the project requirement.

Make sure that all the execution is according to method statements and construction documents.

12-Months worked at 165 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant operated by Wartsila in Electrical and Instrumentation Department. The purpose of carrying out this training is to gain some practical knowledge related to power generation, transmission and protection of power system
