I have played a significant role for integrating cutting-edge CIM centralised card personalisation Solution (Pro Series- MF6000, T2000, C1000, LD1500, and CAM 3030 + DS200- Axode OCR) with Morpho Persoware (Wisecard) at Kuwait Finance House, Kuwait. I have led all aspects of preventive maintenance operations to repair CIM financial instant issuance printers. I have followed SLA (Service-level Agreement) to troubleshoot and renovate all CIM financial card perso machines. I have strengthened communication base with client for assessing their technical requirements to qualify for new products. I have delivered informative trainings for junior engineers to increase their knowledge regarding perso machines, software, and customer interfacing.

• Spearheaded large-scale projects from conceptualisation to final delivery with high-quality standards. These projects are as follow:

At Romco Trading Co., I directed the entire gamut of installation of Dalet 5.1 and Dalet Plus software on servers and clients. Also I oversaw on-track troubleshooting OS failure, studio feeds within defined SLA.

As Technical Support Engineer, I actively provided valuable assistance in repairing & replacing server/client hardware components and UTP cabling.
