My responsibilities are to direct and oversee the successful operation of the IMS and RBI systems. Provide support and guidance for the development and operation of the Inspection Management System and Risk Based Inspection System. Make decisions on scheduling of equipment.
Over 18+ years international experience of Mechanical Technology used in Oil & Gas Industry, Petrochemical Plant, Power Generation & Desalination, covering all aspects of Mechanical from construction, QA\QC, Installation, commissioning to maintenance as a Mechanical Inspector, Supervisor levels. Supervision, Inspection & acceptance of field maintenance to set standards and completion from all relevant.
Duties performed include Quality Assurance in the implementation of Quality System Packages for the construction, commissioning and maintenance works in accordance with the Project Contract Documents through inspection, surveillance and preparation of Quality System Procedure in compliance with Project Requirements.
Surveillance/witness inspections and monitoring, assurance of contractor job quality in every phase of construction, from equipment/material receiving, transportation/ handling, storage, visual- inspections against PO, to Installations, and hand over to operations.
Ensure standard on-site work & where work deviated from specifications, Drawings & Procedures reporting through Non Conformance Report (NCR) and punch list.
Visual inspection, Testing, measurement and monitoring of daily/weekly activities & report in QA/QC daily & weekly reports.
Coordinating with GASCO for the Third Party Inspection Agency Monthly Key Performance Index (KPI) evaluation (NCR, Response Time, Safety etc).
Assistance/guidance to the TPI inspectors for the Quality/Technical Documentation & Inspection related queries.
Worked as Rotary equipment supervisor for Erecting and Pre-Commissioning activities for Rabigh Olefins Plant project (Petro-Rabigh), which is a Joint Venture company of Saudi Aramco and Sumitomo-Japan. My responsibilities are to supervise the erection and installation of rotary equipment and other accessories like oil skid air intake filter, Vessel and Structure etc.
Steam-Turbine & Axial Compressor, Blower, Horizontal Pumps, Vertical Pumps, & Main Air Blower.
Inspection the Quality of work and as per client/vendor given data.
Commissioning and start-up of the equipment. Machinery Monitoring following Vibration monitoring, Condition Monitoring & Performance Monitoring of rotating equipment's.
Co-ordination with Vendors and Sub-contractor.
Keep up to date Rotary Manager about day-by-day activities for the HOFCC and EC Area.
This was long term shutdown maintenance job in GASCO (Abu-Dhabi Gas Industries) Habshan. I Worked as Mechanical supervisor. During this tenure, my responsibilities are the maintenance of Static Equipment of GAS plant like as;
• Fin Air coolers.
• Multimedia Filters.
• Water Storage Tanks.
• NGL Spheres.
• Vessels & Columns.
• Heat Exchangers.
• Lube oil coolers.
Worked as Mechanical Supervisor for Project (Saudi Methanol Jubail) support and Controls based on Saudi Aramco Standards, National Codes, API’s on Induction. My responsibilities are to supervise the erection and installation of rotary equipment and other accessories.
Worked as In-charge Maintenance for pharma plant equipment like as services area equipment centrifugal pumps, Air compressors (Reciprocating type), Power Generators, Steam Boilers and production area equipment like as packaging machines (Blister packing), Conveyor belts, Injection molding and blow molding machines, Dry syrup and Tablets machines etc…
