Electrical : Supervision of
Installation of MV & LV electrical equipment’s in substation .
Installation and conducting testing for MV & LV cables within the project.
Supervision for installation of all required electrical trays, conduits and components in field.
Close follow up with EPC for over all Material
Coordinate with EPC engineers & supervisors and ensure to complete the scheduled activities on time.
Instrumentation : Supervision of
Installation of DCS, PLC, SIS & Network cabinets in RIB and RCB.
Installation of FOC, MODBUS and PROFIBUS, FTE within the networks
Coordination with interface projects Dept. for activities OSBL and ensure it to be done as scheduled.
Installation of consoles desk & cabinets in main CB.
Installation of different type of instruments in field & on vessels & Tanks
Installations of Analyzers and its sample collection points through bundle tubing in the field.
Installation of different Toxic and LEL gas detectors in the field.
Coordination with EPC and different vendors per equipment’s installed in the field.
Pre-Commissioning: Supervision of
Attending the walkthrough with the affiliates.
Follow-up for energization of electrical equipment’s and instrument cabinets.
Involved in loop check activities
Follow-up of closing HCS punches as well as clearing the PSSR BUT list for Mechanical completion .
Involved in and early designs & engineering issues
Involved in interface issues with other projects.
Electrical:
Review and approval of schematics and drawings.
Inspection and testing of all Electrical equipment’s, including LV cables, cable tray, LV panels and other related substation equipment’s.
Inspection for installation and Testing of MV cables OF 4.16 kV TO 34.5 kV
Inspection for Installation and testing of 2.5MVA TO 8 MVA, 34.5 kV/4.16kV and 4.16 kV/480V Substation Transformers
Inspection for installation and testing of 34.5 kV & 4.16 kV power center Switchgears & MCC.
Inspection of UPS, battery chargers and Its monitoring system
Testing of motors for their insulation resistance, winding resistance and PI value, as well as conducting solo run test.
Witnessing the Relay, CT, PT and Breaker testing as well as its setting as per project specifications.
Conducting SAT for all electrical equipment.
Review and Approval of Method statement & ITP.
Inspection and testing of Electrical equipment’s and power cable termination in substation and field equipment, junction box, Local control station as well as distribution panels.
Inspection of Cable tray Installations, Conduits and fittings in hazardous and non- hazardous areas.
Inspection of installation of lighting fixtures and testing the illumination level.
Witness for transformer testing and its protection schemes.
Instrumentation:
Review and approval of drawings and document Like ILD’s & Loop folders etc..
Inspection and witness the testing of GC Analyzer system
Commissioning of Analyzer shelter.
Inspection and witness of Instrument bench calibration and Installation per approved DATA sheets
Involved in loop check with the end-user.
Involved in PLC and DCS functional test following cause and effect Matrix.
Fire and gas detection system:
Inspection of installation and testing of F&G detection system integrated with DCS .
Functional testing and commissioning of F& G system as per approved matrix.
Coordinate with the (sub) contractors and facilitate vendors on pre-comm.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of the ‘as built’ drawings.
Close monitoring the site work execution and Issue SSR & NCR for the violation of standards.
Coordinate with main contractor to obtain the quality output of work
Final review and approval of dossier.
Inspection and testing of all Electrical equipment’s, including cables, cable tray panels andFOC.
Testing of MV cables OF 11kV TO 34.5 kV
Inspection for Installation and testing of 2.5MVA TO 8 MVA, 34.5 kV/480 V Substation
