During the internship task and responsibilities include :
Get knowledge of different manufacturing process Machining, drilling, Welding process (Arc welding, gas
welding, Mig welding ), and press working operations.
Get knowledge of different Machining operations and Machines such as Lathe machine, Drilling machine,
Shaper Machine, Press machine and grinding machine.
The Training was included in different sections of Badar engineering works which including Press section,
spot welding section. Paint Section, Quality control section, Arc Welding Section and Die making section.

During the training i learned !
• working of different types of rolling mills 18 inch, 11 inch, 9 inch Rolling mills . The section rolled on these Rolling mills are Flat, Angle, Square and Round Sections of different sizes.
• Study and Working of Direct Electric Arc Furnace .Direct Electric Arc Furnace is used for Melting of cast iron and steel . Mostly Direct Electric Arc Furnace is used for melting of steel which is used for production of ingots for Rolling Mills and is used for making different parts.

Get knowledge of different Machining operations and Machines such as Lathe machine, Drilling machine, Shaper Machine, Planner machine, Boring machine, Milling machine, Grinding machine & Hobbing machine .
Analyze the different Heat Treatment process & working of cupola furnace.
Analyze the different types of Engine, working of engine & overhauling of engine
