Agriauto stamping company is a Group company of House of Habib, and working since 2014june. It's a unique vendor of INDUS MOTOR who specialist in High tensile part first time in Pakistan.
Worked as a Assistant Manager of Production and Tool and die Management:
•Responsible of (Manpower handling, shift arrangements, raw material as per process requirements, rejection reporting, shift ending reporting).
•Reduce down time due to Die maintenance through continuous improvement activities.
•Daily, Weekly, Monthly preventive maintenance activities.
•Coordinate with production leader and remove bottleneck of production line.
•Conduct Kaizen activities and Safety walks.
•Responsible of make Production layouts flow charts, Process flow diagrams.
•Co-ordinate with suppliers for purchasing Tool and equipment.
•Die inspection & die maintenance activities of sheet metal dies
•Sampling and inspection of local vendor parts.
•Evaluate local part through drawings and given standards.
•Preparation of inspection standard of locally developed parts
•Vendor visit in order to assist them about their quality and process control
•Concept of Preventive maintenance and Total preventive maintenance According to Japanese concept
•Work analysis of DOWNTIME activities during Production
•Motivate team members and appreciation by organize event for them
•Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
•Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and answering questions and responding to requests.
Manage resources for work, Implement Safety. Sourcing equipment and tool for machines. Production Preparation, Planning & Controlling. Manufacturing of Dies and Equipment by kaizen and other Techniques. Focus on troubleshooting and online issue during Production line. Maintain record keeping, Monitor & supervise all activities, Motivate to Manpower, Improvement & development with coordination of different dept & staff.

Dawood Engineering is a big vender of Honda, Suzuki motor bikes. DEL is a vender company of Altlas Honda. Specialty of Stamping Chassis and Brake drum and Clutch brake drum for HONDA CD70, CD 125 & SUZUKI CG110, CG125 & CG150.
