Assisting in recruitment processes. Job posting through job portals and coordination with various universities placement offices.
Short listing of job applicants and interview scheduling.
Assisting in on boarding of new joiners/interns.
Schedule and coordinate new employee orientation.
Verify & maintain data of every new hire.
Prepare employment package (Employment letter, Emolument package, Employment agreement of permanent, contractual employees and interns) of entire company.
Maintain and update employee personal files and records in HR database.
Updating Ms. Dynamics - AX 2012 (HR Module).
Coordinate with external training vendors to schedule training session and registering employees.
Create courses on Ms. Dynamics - AX 2012 for upcoming learning sessions.
Update annual training calendar.
Coordinate with finance department for all the payments regarding training sessions.
Schedule and Coordinate learning session at INTECH by guest speakers.
Coordinate and administer employee events like Sports day, Music gala, Annual dinner and prize distribution ceremony for employees of the quarter.
Dealing with insurance vendors for additions, deletions of employees & reimbursement of medical expenses.
Develop relevant policies and documentation.
Maintain and up-date all records and database of employees including leave records on monthly basis and submit report to management.
Schedule and Coordinate employee exit interviews and final clearance from finance department.
Preparing reports of all Joiner and Leaver on monthly basis.
Maintaining & update Salary file to process smooth monthly payroll.
Prepare and verify salaries before final disbursement.
Initial Screening of applicants.
Communication with applicants (via Emails & Chat support).
