Maintenance:
During job I am responsible for periodic, preventive maintenance of all company owned
heavy and light equipment, vehicles, generators, tele handlers, backhoe loaders, air compressors,
concrete vibrators, roller and plate compactors and many more machines, power tools, company labor
buses, staff cars, small and big pickups etc.
Responding and attending all sites emergency breakdowns with maintenance team to diagnose
and repair any faulty machinery, generator, power tolls or any vehicle according to situation.
making all necessary repairs to resume continuity of work
Making periodical service schedule for servicing of all machines, heavy and light equipment,
vehicles, preparing required petty cash budget according to required parts and materials for maintenance,
Arranging all required material for machines as spare parts, engine oil, filters etc.
taking care of all machines jobs from outside workshop.
RTA documentation.
Handling all vehicle's RTA related vehicle fitness tests, insurance and registration renewals,
all other RTA and Dubai Police related issues such as fines, vehicle transfers, company Salik
account and all other documentations.
Transport supervisor.
Assigning duties to drivers as per site engineer requirements. Planning and assigning tasks to
Drivers as per company requirements. Follow up on drivers and vehicles through GPS system and
making sure to utilize vehicle for maximum according to time and works requirments.
Handling all drivers and vehicle issues like work schedules, fines, accidents claims etc
Hiring occasionally transport and heavy equipments from local markete such as Crane, trailer,
boom loader, showel, heavy recovery to shift company vehicles from one site to another site
During job I was responsible for all maintenance works in maintenance department
Like preventive, periodic, maintenance of all company vehicles like Mercedes, Man, Scania, Renault
and other truck unites, all tankers (oil tankers, diesel tankers, iso steel tankers), tippers, flat bed trailers.
3 ton, 7 ton and 10 ton pickups. (Mitsubishi and Nissan ud etc), all company cars (Toyota, Nissan etc).
Coordinating with operation department, making schedule for periodic maintenance for available vehicles
and garage staff.
Making daily job cards according to job requests from operation department, assigning garage staff
for their duties, checking check list for all finished jobs.
Managing breakdowns of vehicles in all over UAE, sending breakdown teams to repair breakdown
Vehicle. handling maintenance department phone around the clock, coordinating with operations,
Drivers and garage staff, handling petty cash for maintenance department
Coordinating with parts store to get spare parts according to requirements of garage.
Vehicles annually passing process from RTA. Making vehicle registration cards.
Working on ERP system. Arranging maintenance of vehicles according customers HSE rules.
Daily, weekly workshop progress and staff progress reports to maintenance manager.
All workshop and maintenance related works.

Responsibilities:
During the job I was responsible for all maintenance, overhauling and servicing of all
diesel and petrol generators like Cummins, Perkins, caterpillar, VOLVO (Pentasa) etc,
Air compressors (using in building construction) vibrators, power float, bar cutter machines,
bar bending machines, drill machines, Jack hammers etc and all other earth moving machines,
Mechanical, electrical and heavy equipment and tools, company is using in its all building
construction projects in Dubai UAE.
Weekly, monthly and annual reports to superiors, and all other related works with other
companies.
Managing all fleet as per management requirements, maintaining all maintenance works
according to periodical and preventive maintenance schedule.
Attending calls from sites and sending mechanics to breakdowns, making reports and
sending to maintenance manager.
During the job I was responsible for all operations in workshop of the unit, like maintenance, Repairing works, Overhauling, of KUMATSU AND CAT Bulldozers and all other heavy and light Vehicles in the workshop.
Monthly and annual reports of workshop progress to higher authorities.
Make and open working jobs for workshop and field.
Manage staff duties in workshop and field.
