 Responsible to manage inspection of Local/ Imported (Electro Mechanical section) materials.
 Define Inspection Plan of Incoming Materials, (Maintain MPS, WI and IDTs of respective sec.)
 Control Documents (Ins Forms, IDI, Handing, Taking Over, SOP etc relevant.)
 Managing Inspection & costing of Press Work, GI/CRC/VCM/PCM/sheets, Condensers, Evaporators, Compressors, Tanks, Injection Molding Parts, Plastics Materials (PP, POM, PA66, HIPS and ABS etc), and sheet metal parts etc.
 Control compliance of Inspection SOP & DWGs (Audit non conformance etc.).
 Manage and assessment analysis of Check sheets and data sheets (SPC) of inspected materials.
 Evaluation Vendors, Quality during Product Development and Visit Vendor to audit and control manufacturing Processes of supplied materials. (Audit MPS)
 Engage with engineering department personnel regarding ideas, drawings, and products, as well as external contacts with vendors in the development of designs, to resolve problems and to provide prototypes.
 Make Vendor Assessment report.
 Coordinate with Purchase/Procurement Dept to develop a new product.
 Manage Calibration of tools & Equipment.
 Power user of SAP in Quality Management Module, Monitor & Control All SAP Q.M activities.
 Collect New Units Defected Samples From Market for In-house Analysis and understanding,
 Monitoring Tear Down Activities of Faulty Units Or Components (CAPA)
 Training And Skills Enhancement ( Based on Faulty Units / Parts Findings)
 Analysis of All Related Detailed Dashboard Reports based on Market Faults for improvement and reporting to HOD
 Handel All Technical Documentation related to Q.M
 Master Data Creation, Ins. Planning, Ins. Types, Quality Movements etc. COA, Lot Management.
 SPC, Data Analysis
 Monitor & define Q.M flow.
 Handle Special Stock Transferring
