 Coordinate HR Projects (meetings, Training, surveys etc.)
 Handling Termination, Resignation, Annual leave procedures and Air Tickets.
 Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data(absences, bonus, sick leaves, etc.) resolve any payroll errors.
 Oversee daily Operation - HR & Compliance department.
 Maintain digital and manual record of employees.
 Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
 Carry out necessary administrative duties.
Attending the candidates for overseas deployment according to the manpower requirement.
Completion of documentation according to the procedures.
Processing of Pre- Employment medicals.
Coordinate with PRO for visas and labor process.
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
