Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data(absences, bonus, sick leaves, etc.) resolve any payroll errors.
Oversee daily Operation - HR & Compliance department.
Maintain digital and manual record of employees.
Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
Carry out necessary administrative duties.
Attending the candidates for overseas deployment according to the manpower requirement.
Completion of documentation according to the procedures.
Processing of Pre- Employment medicals.
Coordinate with PRO for visas and labor process.
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
