• Analyzing data with facts & figures to find conclusions.
• Translate the raw data to understandable documents & framing the same into percentage to seek clarity.
• Handling Revenue Accounts with below responsibility.
• Inward & Outward accounting billing. (Source Code 1, 2, 3, 20, 26, ) as per Simplified Interline Solution (SIS) guidelines.
• Processing tickets in REVERA as per AMADEUS (GDS) system to other airlines.
• Sampling Process with the Carriers.
• Generating Invoices for individual passengers as per the involuntary destination.
• Daily allocation of invoice generating to team members.
• Helping team members in generating invoices as per destination, route and fare.
• Working on the AMADEUS (GDS) system and ATPCO for tax calculation as per dates and periods.
• Doing quality checks for invoices generated by other team members.
• Passing rectification for incorrect billing identified in quality check.
• Marking error for the team members for incorrect billing during quality check.
• Grooming new joiners for the process.
• Handling inward ticket process form other Airlines.
• Good Geographical Knowledge.
• Handling passengers query on call related to their tickets information
