Project #1 : Banking project : ONEFPT Nordea
Role : Requirement Analyst & Developer

Scope:
 It involves financial planning of customers specifically from the Nordic countries.
 It is an profile evaluation & recommendation tool which takes into consideration various aspects like risk appetite, time horizon & amount of money expected and finally provides the possible ways by which the investment can make the most of it.

Project #2 : Healthcare project : Lifecell International
Role : Team Leader (Development)
Technologies : Jsp, Spring, Hibernate, MySql, Android

Scope:
 Lifecell is into stem cell research which involves cryogenic storage of stem cells which can further on be used to treat incurable diseases like cancer, aids etc.
 The presales module deals with the conversion of the prospective customers to permanent ones via lead processing.
 The cell collection module deals with the proper allocation of the paramedic to the confirmed customer during the delivery of the baby since the stem cells are only available during that stage.

Project #3 : Claims Mgmt & Sales project : Tucan Claims
Role : Requirement Analyst & Developer
Technologies : Spring 2.5, Jsp, Hibernate, MySql, JQuery
Modules : Transfers, Conversions.

Scope:
 Automation of the entire manual process of the major modules involved i.e. Transfers & Conversions which involved the basic CRUD operations, along with report generation of the quantity as well as the quantity achieved so far.
 This module involved business functionality of determining the prospective business leverage on the basis on the current information available to the system pertaining to the transfers & conversions.

Project #4 : Retail Project -Sim Card Inventory & Sales Management - Abacus
Role : Requirement Analyst & Developer
Technologies : Spring 2.5, Jsp, MySql, Ajax (DWR)
Module : SCM

Scope:
 Dealing with SCM and stock overview of the sim cards.
 Initially DWR was used, later on after annotations was implemented we moved on to xstream/jettison.


Project #5 : Appointment Mgmt Project- KAYA SkinCare
Role : Requirement Analyst & Developer
Technologies : Spring 3, Jsp, Hibernate, MySql
Module : Upgradation to Spring 3 from JSP & Servlet

Scope:
 All the modules are being revised & redeveloped as per changed business functionality & technology.
 Modules involved were order, lead generation & admin.

Project #6 : Credit Card Project: MashReq Bank, ICICI Bank
Team Size, Duration : 2 individuals, 5 months
Role : Requirement Analyst & Developer
Technologies : Struts 2, Jsp, Oracle.
Modules : 1st & 2nd presentment, Currency module

Scope:
 Modules involved in development of 1st presentment & 2nd presentment which cater the resolution & clearance of the payment swipe made by the customer to the merchant.
 A specific business process was followed with integration of the third party VISA/MASTERCARD.

Project #7 : Retail Project: Titan Watches
Team Size, Duration : 4 individuals, 5 months

Modules : Order Cancellation & Order Invoicing.

Scope:
 The major work involved was to map the cancellation process to the technical aspects considering the possible scenario where in if the order partially cancelled is taken into order invoicing the scenario for returning pending amount to the customer should not occur.
