The building is to host shops on the ground floor, with offices taking up four floors. Five floors will be made up of apartments and hotel rooms, in addition to three floors underground for parking. The total area of the project will be 146, 962 square meters.
The project will be easily accessible due to its proximity to Muscat International Airport and the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Prepared shop drawings for Block work.
Parking Finish, details & Floor Finishes.
Hardscape & Landscaping has been decorated with green lawn, shrubs and trees.

The Taameer Investment project will deliver a beachfront resort complex, featuring a five-star resort with 130 rooms, signature restaurants, food and beverage outlets, leisure and water sports facilities, meeting rooms, business center, retail outlets, health club and spa and a ballroom. The resort will also provide an additional 85 state-of-the-art hotel apartments and 85 exclusive VIP villas. The total built-up area of the project is approximately 80, 000 square meters.
Be prepared shop drawing for the BOH & FOH ceiling layouts, Elevation of the Building and villas & Huge Hardscaping area of the project.

Designed to become one of the largest resorts and residential projects aimed to be constructed on 257 acres of land in the Middle East, Salwa Beach Resort & Villas will include a water park, marina, dive center, cinemas, pools, health club, spa and a considerable retail space. In addition to the rooms and suites in the main hotel building, the resort will also include two small “villages” of family villas.
