Works as a Sr.E&I inspector in western region downstream project inspection department of Saudi Aramco.
- Monitoring and implementation of approved quality plan and scope of Work of the project.
- Review & Monitor detailed records/reports at all the onshore and offshore location.
- Witnessing, Monitoring and assuring the construction activities as per SAES, SAEP, NEMA, NEC and
other international standards.
- Inspection of Metering skids, field instruments devices, cathodic protection, Fire alarm System,
Electrical power systems.
-Witnessing all testing activities like megger testing of Electrical and instrument cables, loop checks,
circuit breakers, motors, lighting illumination test, and switchgear and control gears Tests.
- Day to day reporting to unit supervisor for status of Job
Learnt to perform all the Inspection related activities for Electrical System by considering Inspection & Test Plan (ITP and SATIP)
Raise Request for Inspection (RFI) of related works and submitting 24 Hours prior to Client by considering the Inspection Plan and Checklist.
Familiarized with the material receiving inspection procedure for electrical products
Familiarized to perform Inspection on some of the Electrical related activities like Inspection on LV/MV Power Cables, Power Transformer, LV/MV Motors, Switchgear system, Motor Controlling Center(MCC), Busbars,
- Prepare/Review documents based on Project contract, Royal Commission standards and other international standards, and review IFC drawings, Site design changes, Method Statements, Work procedures, Risk Assessment, and ITP.
- Ensure that all Construction works, Testing & Inspections are executed efficiently and expeditiously in order with engineering standards, specifications and master construction schedule.
- Coordination with Consultants team & Client regarding issues concerning existing facilities.
- Review and support vendor to get approve vendor documents and packages as per the standards and specifications from client.
-Monitoring daily Instruments installation and testing activities and verifying that it complies with the project specification.
-Review Project drawings and apply Contract Codes, Standards and Specification.
-Shall coordinate with other discipline Quality control inspectors for ensuring that all other discipline activities that require inspection within the Electrical/Instrumentation construction program have been inspected and approved.
-Redlining the drawings, Termination schedules, Instrument Loop Diagram (ILD), Datasheets etc., as per the modifications made on site.
-Prepare new Hook up drawings for any modifications and take the approval from the client.
-Responsible for the inspection of installation of Instruments, Conduits and fittings (above and below ground), Cable trays/ladder racks and Cables, Junction Boxes, Control Panels, Consoles, wiring termination, impulse tubing as per the project specification.
-Discuss and resolve the problems associated with measurement variables in the datasheets with the process people.
-Ensure that the loop folder submitted by the contractor contains all the relevant documents needed during the loop check.
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad, India. -Intermediate from Board of Intermediate, Andhra Pradesh, India. - S.S.C. from Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh, India.
