• Complete analysis of base oils, additives and lubricants samples.
• Testing of coolant, battery water, brake fluid and transformer oil.
• Lab Blending of mono grade, multi grade and industrial grade lubricants as per requirement.

• Timely arrange calibration of Prover Tanks through Weights & Measures Department to ensure sanctity of the Calibration process.
• To collect payments against calibration of tank trucks as per approved rates for timely recovery
• To maintain record of calibrated tank trucks for prompt retrieval.
• Undertake any other task or function as maybe desired by the management
• Complete analysis of finished product samples ( Gasoline, HOBC, Kerosene, Jet A-1, HSD, LDO, Fuel Oil, Base Oils, Additives) and petrochemical on ASTM standards from different oil refineries, PSO Depots, Lube manufacturing terminal across Pakistan.
•Successfully implemented wax content test of LSFO in laboratory by using UOP-46 method.
•Lab Blending of mono grade, multi grade and industrial grade lubricants as per requirement.
•Lab Blend Formulation and R&D work of lubricant.
• Complete analysis of lubricants.
• Perform used oil analysis and report to lubricant technology department.
• Analysis of chemicals.
• Reporting of the test results.
• Performing calibration and standardization of laboratory instruments as per instrument manual to fulfill the fundamental requirement of standard quality control.
• To do repeatability and reproducibility of samples monthly covering more than 30 test methods.
• Results recording in SAP QM Module and LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System).
• Prepare low value purchase requisitions in SAP system.
• Preparation of lab reagents for test purposes and laboratory maintenance as required.
• Provide practical training to Pakistan Army Officials on different laboratory instruments and test methods.
• Research & Development on Biodiesel Project - Development of Biodiesel from high acid number Jatropha Oil by using esterfication technique.
• Actively participate in Round Robin (Total France) and ILCP ( BP England) samples.
• Also handling the shift independently when required.
