•Greeted customers and introduced them to the store’s merchandise.
•Used suggestive selling techniques to increase sales volume.
•Entering data such as invoice, daily sales document, updating masters, Transfer out deliveries, and merchandise master barcode to computer system.
•Wrote the sales ticket and accepted payments. Provided back-room support by receiving shipments, gift wrapping and shipping orders.
•Receive and track merchandise, take physical inventory counts and design displays.
•Prepare inventory projections; work on sale promotion (in store and chain wide).
•Open and close the store, handle cash and credit card transaction and daily banking.
•Merchandise the show windows every season (season design per month) to have an inviting exposure.
•Updating daily sale report in a daily basis.
•Making sure that DSCS (Dubai service excellence scheme) will have a high grade quarterly.
•Coordinating all the staffs for having good and high service to our values customer and to have more walk-ins and sales.
•Develop, implement and expand seasonal merchandise and representations for year round sale.
