•Successfully Led the Logistics Projects (Transport, Freight forwarding and Warehousing) in Middle East and South Asia Cluster (MESA) with accumulated value of US$170 Million to improve service levels, safety standards and optimize costs (total savings of US$15 Million beside improving service levels and safety standards.
•Successfully lead pre and post ward transition of Logistics contracts in UAE, Oman and Pakistan while focusing on HSSE.
•Structural quarterly business performance review of key suppliers
•Act as focal point for RT HSSE Compliance against Control Framework for Asia Pacific.
•Developed Logistics Master Plan for MESA (Pakistan, India, UAE and Oman)/MECAS (Pakistan, UAE, Oman & Egypt) aligned it with global/regional logistics business strategy.
