Posted as Lubes Marketing Executive singularly handling Mysore Sales Area (Bangalore Territory)

Responsibilities

 Managing Sales channels of 103 Retail Outlets along with 4 Distributors (3 PLD & 1 ILD) across 4 districts (Mysore, Mandya, Chamarajanagar and Kodagu), understanding dealer’s business problems and defining analytical approach to increase the Sales Volumes.
 Working closely with Logistics team for Planning, Scheduling and Executing daily indents.
 Liaison with Retail team for Retail Channel Sales promotion to promote various grades of MAK lubricants across all the retail outlets.
 Enrollment of Industrial and Fleet Customers, Marketing, Analytics, Payment Solutions, Operations and Customer Service for the country’s largest Smart Card based Customer Loyalty Program - PetroBonus and SmartFleet.
 Responsible for training and development of Sales staff across Retail outlets by Conducting Branding and Promotional campaigns at retail outlets to increase the footfalls, Post Campaign Analysis of each Trading Area using Sales analysis techniques in SAP.
 Responsible for evaluating prospective locations for new Lube Distributor and to liaise with statutory Govt. officials for getting the ‘No objection’ certificates and licenses.
 To carry all aspects of business development including project planning, investment evaluation, project scope, financial implications, construction and commissioning.
 To develop and prepare Lube Solutions System for the Industrial Customers in Liaison with Quality Departments after complete analysis.


Achievements

 Successfully completed commissioning of the first ILD which will cater to the Industrial Requirements of the Area and additional 2 PLD’s to cater to the Local Requirement which has contributed to revenue growth of 20%.
 Successfully placed 14 MAK QUIK Oil Change Machines in the Retail Outlets including 4 MAK QUIK Corners with dedicated trained man power to enhance the customer experience.
 Achieved Cumulative growth of 10% (one of highest in entire INDIA) in Retail and 7% (Highest in Bangalore Territory) in Reseller Channel in Mysore Sales Area during fiscal year 2013-14. Gained market share by 6.8% for Automotive Grades and 9.1% for Industrial Grades in Mysore Sales Area.
 Established first ‘Smart Fleet Customer Care’ Unit in Mysore for smoothening transactions and operations of Smart Fleet Program.
 Successfully enrolled 7 retail outlet dealers into the lubes business by demonstrating the revenue model and projecting the sales volumes with the profitability ratio.
