 Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group (“CHRG”) is a leading Global hotel operator. Is it the market leader in India with over 125 hotels in operation and under development.

 Sourced, negotiated, and closed over 40 management / license agreements for the company during the last 8 years across the Indian Sub-continent. The committed investment involved in the development of these hotels is estimated at USD 750 million.

 Responsible for the strategic growth of Carlson Rezidor brands in South Asia. Key elements include identifying new business initiatives and development opportunities, providing guidance and analytical inputs for evaluation and planning of projects, pitching aggressively for Carlson Rezidor’s brands, legal assessment and contract negotiation, liaison activity between asset owners and Carlson Rezidor technical services and operations team. My current role also involves building relationships, networking and interaction with the larger community of developers, owners, investors and financial players.

 Worked with the Carlson Rezidor teams in Singapore and USA to formulate and implement market entry strategy for Park Inn by Radisson and Radisson Red brands in India.

 Part of the core team involved in advising and assisting the leadership team on a joint venture with a strategic partner for development of 49 Park Inn by Radisson hotels in North and Central India over 13 years.

 Sourced, structured and negotiated company’s biggest single partner management portfolio deal in South Asia (Portfolio of 7 hotels / 817 rooms in Jammu & Kashmir) in 2015.

 Other major assignments include team building, effectively influencing, and communicating functional expertise to senior executives across the Group,
