Oversee 60% and 90% IFC review and submission of design packages, whilst co-ordinating with departments and contractors. Direct correct implementation of approved inspection test plan and check conformity with the quality control plan. Steer assessments and surveillance for project quality, covering E&I and communication areas. Evaluate BOMs/MTOs, technical specification sheet, and instrument specification sheet.
