• 2 Projects for SAP to Sales Force Integration using EDI Inbound & Outbound IDOCs - IDOC Generation for Sales Processes, Inventory and Master Data. Customized IDOCs to include additional fields to fulfill business requirements.
• Retail Organization Structure for new line of business (subscription and setup box) for Modern Electronics. New Sales Area configuration, New Pricing procedures, Document types, Item category configuration, new customized Reports.
• Material and Site assortment. Articles, KITs, Bundle Pricing and Promotions. Ordering/Reordering point configuration for MRP and Inventory Management.
• On-going handling of all Retail Master data, Site Master, Product Hierarchy, Merchandise Hierarchy, Merchandise Category, Customer Master & Vendor Master.
Facilitating 4 Electronic & Systems Sector Companies of Al-Faisaliah Group for SAP SD / MM / IS-Retail in the capacity of SAP Support Executive. Major projects undertaken to date include the following:
• SAP ECC 6.0 IS-Retail Implementation in First Distribution Company. Involved in Requirement Gathering, Business Blue Print, Functional Design, UAT, Business Process Testing.
• Designed complete Product Hierarchy, Merchandise Category Hierarchy and Merchandise Categories for newly started company to deal with Multiple Electronic and Home Appliances Brands, within one Company code fulfilling the business needs for better reporting and implementing strict controls.
• 2 Projects of SAP ECC 6.0 Implementation with SAP IS-Retail and SAP WM for SONY Saudi Arabia and Iraq.
• Integration project between SAP ECC and Microsoft NAV POS using EDIs, configuring Inbound and Outbound IDOCs.
• Conducted SAP End User Training after Implementation of SAP to Area Sales Managers/Sales team for Sales Processes and Management for Reporting in SAP.
Facilitating the company in SAP SD module in the capacity of Lead SAP SD Consultant. Major projects undertaken include the following:
• Worked on complete Migration project from SAP 4.6 to ECC 6.0. Involved in the functional designing phase, user acceptance testing phase, data migration phase, and extensive business process testing;
• Conducted SAP SD Training for beginners and advanced SAP users at PSO’s Head Office - Karachi, divisional offices of Lahore, Islamabad, Multan, etc.
