Job Title:Mechanical Engineer
Key responsibilities:
• Supervise the maintenance of equipment at both site & work shop
• Check up the equipment on daily, weekly, monthly basis
• Assessment & diagnose routine faults
• Selecting the suitable spare part
• Send the spare part order to dealer
• Replacement of the damage spare part
• Report to the supervisor that the equipment is efficient to resume work
• Inform the project director for equipment delay time for maintenance or services.
• Determine the equipment working hours per (Day-Week-Month)
• Write daily, weekly & monthly report
• Supervise the installation of mechanical works namely chillers, heaters, pumps, pipes, sanitary fixtures, treatment units, control units, air conditioning. at site to be according to the specifications, drawings, plans and owner satisfaction.
• Ensure quality control at site
Administration responsibility: -
• Coordinate the approval of government affairs
• Follow up the performance of the laborers, identify their working hours, and schedule their annual vacation, sick leaves. etc
• Managing the workshop & site equipment & machinery that including the fallowing: -
* Motor graders, excavators, loaders, Dozers, asphalt pavers, compactors
* Trucks, small vehicle
* Drilling rock machine
* Compressors (high & low) pressure
* Crusher plant
* Electrical generator
Planning to: -
• cheek & review spare part stock
• identity the property of equipment that given work order
• identity the number of equipment needs as per the scope of work
• give schedule time of equipment can work
• provide daily, weekly & monthly maintenance
• quantities of explosions material
• drilling processes
