• Review/analyze the contractor’s master and detailed time schedules, including work break down structure, sequence of works, priorities and resources required for the execution of the project as manpower and equipment ensuring that they meet project’s requirements and specifications. Gives comments on the baseline project schedule prepared by the contractor and scrutinizes in detail in relation to logics, critical paths, floats, and lags till the receipt of client approval.
• Attending & detailed review of weekly & monthly progress reports (i.e., Updated Primavera Xer program of work, Planned VS Actual Progress, Cost Controlling, EVM, CV, SV, CPI, SPI, Progress S Curve, Cash Flow, Areas of Concern, Authorities Tracker, Engineer & Procurement logs, Look Ahead Schedule, KPI, Dashboard, Risk register, Key Decision & Solutions).

• Progress Monitoring of all Civil Construction works including Ammonia Area, Urea Area, Utility Area and also Substation, Product Movement & Storage Building.
