Responsible for supporting the company’s business & projects by securing Procurement & Contracting services in an ethical, policy compliant, user focused and commercially optimum manner. The support is intended for all businesses and functions such as Engineering, Terminal Operations & Maintenance, Retail and Projects which includes Construction of Oil Storage Terminals, LPG Plants & Retail outlets.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring competitive and timely sourcing of material & services particularly for the projects and engineering related equipment.
• Developing Request for Quotation (RFQ) and complete tender & Contract documents for issuance to bidder.
• Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the end user & Analyze to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
• Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
• Executing complete procurement cycle for the materials or services. Converting requisitions into purchase orders and ensuring compliance of agreed lead time through order expedition.
• Timely Preparation of Purchase Orders as per management approval /agreements & issuance to vendor.
• Conducted thorough market research to stay updated with industry trends and pricing, enabling informed procurement decisions
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.
• Supervise ISO Annual Performance Review for vendors.
• Supervise supplier prequalification, qualification and evaluation processes.
• Provide support in managing cost-effective and efficient procurement of Engineering, Production and other miscellaneous projects items and services from local and international suppliers, ensure quality of material according to require specifications.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.
