1. Prepare daily schedules for the branch home service technicians.
2. Ensure all Service order number that was attended by the technicians are updated in the system.
3. Troubleshoot and repair defective or dysfunctional home appliances products such as washing machine, refrigerators, electric/gas cookers, and air-conditioning unit (window/split
type/ VRF) in customers home or in the workshop.
4. Consult customer or refer to Service order to establish nature of the appliance malfunctions.
5. Test the product itself, duplicate the symptoms which customer encountered.
6. Refer to schematic diagrams or product service manuals, conduct visual, voltage, resistance and other tests using electrical test equipment.
7. Refer to product service manuals install or replace defective parts using its part numbers required by the company.
8. Perform repair of some electronic boards if necessary, using soldering equipment.
9. Prepare estimates and written accounts of work performed.
1. Troubleshoot and repair failed embedded computing products from line Testing.
2. Check the product failed record thru the system.
3. Verifying failed products using the bench Test set-up, duplicating the problem using the same parameters of test where it was
tested and failed.
4. Refer to the product Schematic diagram or Service Manual
5. Conduct visual check-up, voltage, resistance and other tests using electrical test equipment.
6. Do the rework, if found some minor components only is causing the problem.
7. Programming of Programmable logic device (PLD) using Quartus II programmer software.
8. Update product status and work performed thru the system.
9. Provide immediate feedback for trending or massive failure of units which may affect the product yield or the on-time delivery.
10. Making sure all our daily WIP (work in progress) are attended and fixed.
