Key Result Areas:
As a Sales & Marketing Executive:
Responsible for co-coordinating with existing customers of the company.
Regular visit to the customers and markets for new orders.
Receives and process the orders of the customer/Dealer on daily basis.
MIS report to the organization about market research and analysis.
Updating the customers about change in product price and new product development.
Shouldering the responsibility of creating daily dispatch plan based on orders inflow and circulates to team.
Monitoring the daily dispatch plan against the actual dispatches.
Liable for coordinating with Production, Design, Quality, Dispatch and other departments to accomplish customer requirements.
Monitoring the delivery as per customer requested date on daily basis.
Prepares the DIFOT report on weekly basis.
Prepares the check limit to the customer.
Updates the status of payment collection and short payment.
Provides the dispatch documents details to customers after dispatching the orders.
Responsible to maintain the purchase orders of the customers.
Maintain and record all sales orders of the customers.
Responsible to prepare forecast plan of the customer requirement.
Regular follow ups with outstanding payment collections & C-Forms with customers.
Prepares the MIS reporting for the department on weekly basis and monthly (Sales, OTD, etc., ).

Monitoring the inventory level and managing customer materials at transporters hub.

Annual budgeting on Packing & Freight.
Looking after price increase workings based on raw material price trend on monthly basis.
Monitoring Export & Import documentation such as ARE-1, EP copy, invoice and packing list.
Coordinating with transporters for pickup and delivery of shipments.
Looking after statutory forms follow up with customers like C Form & Form 17.
Liable for MIS reporting for the department on weekly basis (Sales, Collection, OTD, etc., ).
As a Operation Officer:
Regular follow up with customer for payment collection.
Liable to reconcile the customer payment advice with our invoices.
Handling supplementary billing for Price increase.
