Business Analyst (DP World, Farah Experiences)

 Work with stakeholders to execute project initiatives by analyzing and designing process workflows; building, testing, and implementing solutions; and ensuring quality of the system.
 Work with the Business to understand end to end user Journeys and provide business solutions.
 Adopt agile delivery methodologies (SDLC) to speed up user feedback cycles and E2E delivery timelines.

 Prepare Weekly status review for Management review.
 Work closely with L2 / L3 for handover.
 Work with IT-PMO for inputs / approvals throughout the project.
 Act as the first point of contact in case of any configuration issues for the team.
 Project Manager or Technical Delivery Manager in managing project timelines and quality.
