Day to day support for all IT technical issues.
Installing and Configuring Operating Systems (Win98, Win2K, Win NT, Win XP, Vista, Win 2003 server and Win 2008 server)
Maintaining and Troubleshooting Microsoft Windows. Installing software packages like MS office, virus protection package, inventory management, SAGE - business management software etc.
Installing and Managing Network Connections. System testing and Network testing experience.
Configuring and debugging of Microsoft Outlook & Outlook Express.
Network cabling and trouble shooting.
Installing and troubleshooting local and network printers.
Relocation of PC/Printer system, i.e. uninstalling of desktop systems and re-installing/setting up of desktops/printer systems for staff moving into new staff offices-testing all user connections and access as required.

Troubleshooting faulty hardware - diagnosing and repairing hardware problems with Desktop and Laptop computers.
Testing power leads and power supplies for Laptops and Desktops, RAM, Motherboards.
Repairing Windows software.
Performing upgrades on Computers: RAM, Graphics Cards, LAN Cards, WLAN Cards and Adapter Cards. Ordering of parts and peripherals.
Monitoring and archiving CCTV audio files.
Printer Repair.
Currently studying. www.comptia.org/ The course covers network technologies, installation and configuration, media and topologies, management, and security.
www.comptia.org/ The CompTIA A+ certification is accredited by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). The CompTIA A+ certification may be kept current through the CompTIA Continuing Education program. CompTIA A+ is part of the certification track for corporations such as Microsoft, HP and Cisco. Other technology companies, including Dell, Intel, Lenovo and Ricoh, have made CompTIA A+ certification mandatory for their service technicians. The U.S. Department of Defense recognizes CompTIA A+ and the Department of Homeland Security requires it as part of their computer forensics program.
