Human Capital Strategy
•Creating HR strategy and translating organisation vision into human capital plan with a key focus on Talent development, people management and robust organisation structure
•Building organisation plan for human capital with wider objectives of employee rete ntion, total rewards and managing statutory compliance in line with MOHRE
•Proffering HR direction, leadership and in all Human capital matters with Group Director's including employee relations, total rewards, building talent capabilities with staffing budgets in mind.
•Partnered with business unit heads / directors for strategic manpower planning and developing compensation structure aligning with overall objectives of the business.
•Talent Acquisition
•Design and developed recruitment plan / processes for the organisation with a key focus on existing manpower retention, new talent inclusion keeping business growth in mind.
•Designed recruitment strategy and onboarded linkedin platform to hire competent individuals and introduced young achiever's Programme.
•Partnered and collaborated with universities across emirates for the hiring of fresh talent and designed the graduate programmes for 12 months exposing them to critical areas of business.
•Head hunt right competencies required for the organisation and onboarded talent agencies to acquire niche talent from the industry.
•Conducted competency-based interviews to assess the right as per the job requirements and complexities of the role.
•HR Policy framework
•Designed and created HR manual which provides comprehensive information on all HR aspects, policies and processes and statutory requirements to fulfill in the employment lifecycle.
•Review the existing policy structure and revamp the policies with best industry practices and regulations.
•Developed HR processes / procedure for various HR functions hiring / employee exit / probation / performance management / administration to name a few. Compensation & Benefits
•Assisted Head HR in building employee benchmarking guide for various jobs based on factors like job complexity / critical to business /decision making role in the job etc.
•Define PayScale slabs for the employee levels and align the pay and benefits structure with each category.
•Review existing payroll process and identify the gaps in the current process with a recommendation of automation in few areas.
•Participated in the implementation of new payroll systems in conjunction with Head HR and IT department.
•Review and check monthly compensation reports and ensure its smooth disbursals to employees.
•Managing employee benefits like medical insurance, annual passage and introduced new allowances for the employees in line with benefits policy. Employee Grievances
•Design employee grievance procedure with the objective of developing a mechanism for the workforce to follow in the event of any employee grievances issues.
•Involved in the investigation process, collating all the facts and evidence, and assisting departme nt heads in developing PIP plans.
•Recommend disciplinary actions in line with the statutory provisions of UAE labour laws.
