• Maintain Active Directory Environment across multiple site. Ensure Group policies, Security measures for around more than 3000 users and assets. Apply delegations specific to the requirement for technical team.
• Power shell scripts to perform bulk operations including cleanup Inactive objects, Export mailbox PST and clearing the associate asset objects.
• Exchange Servers Operational tasks, Upgradation including Security patches Maintain overall health, Preventive maintenance such as clear logs, monitor back pressure. DAG operations such as seamless failover/migration during maintenance window.
• Manage Azure for assigning Access Permissions for Azure AD and Office 365. License assignments, MS Teams administration, Exchange EOP Hybrid.
• VMware VCenter 7.x to deploy VM’s, assign resources Memory, CPU and VMFS datastore based on templates assigned by Planning team. Performing Upgrades/Updates using Life Cycle manager. Reporting issues and escalation to vendor.
• Troubleshoot Issues, follow up for P.M. tasks and escalations. Weekly meeting/discussion for new ideas, enhancement to improve systems and roadmap for future plan.
• Managing/Configuration for MS SQL Always on for HA and Planned failover. Support assist for Application and SQL team to build and plan new applications and fix any issues within capacity.
• Manage File Share Clustering for High availability. Assign NTFS permissions and Quota management. Regular monitor for space consumptions using Tree Size and take necessary action to reduce such as Shadow Copy files.
• Roll out Patches using WSUS and Manage engine Endpoint Central for 3rd party applications.
• Attend Work Order / Service Request meeting deadlines and accomplish Operation tasks.
Administer/Implement Domain Servers, Group Policy, DFS File Share, DHCP, DNS, Print Service.
•Administer/Implement VMware VCenter to manage ESXI 6.x-7.x, Perform OS/Security Updates using Update Manager, Manage Cluster for HA/DRS, vMotion and VMFS Datastore.
•Administer System Center VMM/Failover Cluster for Hyper V, CSV's and Resource Migration.
•Implement/Manage MS Exchange Servers, CU/Security Updates and Operational management. Setup mailboxes, Policy, Delegation and Relay Connectors.
•Managing/Configuration for MS SQL Always on for HA and Planned failover.
