Responsibilities:
• Mentor the Team by delivering Training and Knowledge transfer sessions.
• Review Quality of delivery & project documentation.
• Develop a career path for the team.
• Assist in Pre-sales engagements when needed.
• Respond to reactive sales (Tenders/Bid) by building the proposals covering his area of expertise.
• Standardization of Documents at regular intervals.
• Deliver Complex/Challenging Projects and Projects on new technologies as they are released.
• Technologies sessions for all teams (Sales/Presales) to keep updating them on what's new in the technologies, at least four sessions should be conducted yearly.
• Support business needs whenever it’s required.
• Level 4 support to help Consultant in solving issues that cannot be resolved at their level.
• Participate and provide input for all the Business and Presales activities to improvise operations
• Must ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases
• Should motivate and guide the team through the career development
• Make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation
• provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical mentor to team members
• Ensure standard operating procedures and project guidelines are in place
• Allocating tasks to various team members and review their completion timeline
• Project scheduling and resource management
• Make presentations on project status, present monthly and annual reports to senior management
• Meet with client teams and gather feedback for the deployed projects
• Interview candidates and hire resources
• Conduct performance reviews of team members and identify areas of improvement, give feedback and recommend for promotions or salary increments
