Ensuring results of chemical cleaners manufacturing plant and implementation of all relevant work processes in
Environmental, Health & Safety, Asset Capability and Asset Utilization, Production Cost and Product Quality

Non-woven facility as a Project Manager and then as Chief Operation Officer managing operational staff (Direct Reports-Plant Manager, Production Manager, QC-QA Manager, Maintenance Manager, Supply Chain Manger; Indirect Reports 50+Machine operators and technicians, Production Planner, Three Process Engineers & One Safety/Training Supervisor)

(new resin, chemical formulations) and forward information up the reporting chain.
Create, update and improve SOP’S, analyze SPC (Statistical process control), evaluate Quality
Variable Control Charts and set up production recipes with the process department and follow
up with maintenance team during ongoing operations activities to keep the plant running
without a major equipment failure.
Responsible for set-up and accomplishing to the fullest of the efficiency an industrial project
(Plant facility for manufacturing BOPP film, Polyolefin, and converting flexible packaging films)
Provide leadership and direction for daily and long-term technical aspects related to
Production, quality, raw materials /finished goods warehouses, logistics and customer service.
Create Start Up and Shutdown Procedures, production rate movements, product transitions,
etc. to improve ability of the plant to meet product quality and production goals.
Responsible for Start-up activities for Polypropylene film packaging plant to achieve first prime
product on time without a lost time or recordable accident
Manage continuous running of manufacturing process through direct technical responsibility
for all operational departments.
Provide engineering support within manufacturing to continuously evaluate process
performance for identifying potential problems and make proposals (equipment fine tuning,
operating parameters adjusting, etc.) to improve plant operation productivity
1990 Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Prague University of Chemical Technology Faculty of Environmental Technology Department of petroleum technology and alternative fuels The main subjects are Petroleum Technology, Catalytic and Thermal Petroleum Processing, Fuel Analysis and Petro-chemistry, Incineration Processes and Environmental Protection.
