Worked as a Store HR: Handling a Generalist HR profile Sr. Exec- HR for 2 stores in Pune for around 170 employees which includes the foll: • Recruitment & Selection- Hiring manpower as per specific needs of the organization, Conducting interviews, Assessment & Selection, Hiring through SPARSH HR software, Joining formalities, Dossier Updation & Documentation.
• Training- Planning Training Calendar for in-store trainings, Giving trainings like Induction, SOP trainings every month, ensuring right trainings are imparted to the employees etc..
• On boarding- Hygiene issues like ID, EDC, Uniform, Mediclaim Card etc..
• Grievance Handling-By conducting Skip meetings & regular one on one session, understanding the issues faced by employees and trying to provide issue specific solutions within the scope of the organisation.
• Payroll & Compensation- Monthly Payroll processing which includes Monthly & Quarterly Incentives, Compensation, ESIC/PF deductions, Bonus, Paid holiday etc..
• Appraisals-Overlooked the annual appraisals & helped the management in identifying the performing employees ensuring that capable employees get what they deserve.
• Employee Engagement Activities- Conducting EEA in order to keep the employees motivated & enable them to relax too. Eg: Atithi, B'day Celebrations, Cricket Tournament, EOM, Quiz Competitions, Games like Passing the parcel, Ball in Bucket, One min. show, Musical Chair, Festive Celebrations, Dance competitions, Doctor on board etc..
• Exit Formalities- Conducting Exit interviews to understand the real reason behind the ex-employees wanting to move on, highlighting & working on those reasons, Ensuring smooth Clearance, Processing FnF,
• Legal Compliance - Labour & Business Compliance, Looking after licenses & renewal of same, SIS agreement copies, ESIC numbers generation & PF Forms filling & collection. Maintaining Registers like Overtime register, Equal Remuneration register, Bonus register, Accident book etc..
• Weekly & Monthly Reports & Analysis- Making weekly reports like RAG, Weekly Manpower database analysis, Perk Data, Monthly Reports like MIS compilation, Attrition Analysis, Trainings needed, Monthly Review Sheet etc.. Working towards Effective Employee retention plans like Employee Referral schemes implementation, feedback analysis.
• Admin Related Activities - Have complied & made the Attendance of the Contract Labour, processing of Bills, Cost Optimization, addressed Labour grievances, facility management, travel & stay arrangements. Currently there is a Band 1-Admin Co coordinator who reports to me & handles the above mentioned Admin Activities.
CURRENT PROFILE : Working as a Unit HR \[ Sr. Exec-HR Manager \] at Future Group since the past 2 years. Currently handling 2 stores in Pune i.e around 170 employees in a Generalist Role, so basically handing the entire end-to-end HR cycle which includes -Recruitment & selection, Effectively handling employee related grievances, training employees, Payroll processing, Statutory Compliance, Handling Appraisal Cycle, Conducting Employee Engagement Activities, conducting Exit interviews & completing EXIT formalities etc...
MBA/PGDM(HR/Industrial Relations) from Accman institute of management, Greater Noida in 2010 , Won a GOLD medal.
2002-2006: • Bachelors of Engineering Electronics &Tele Communication from MIT, Pune University. • Achieved 1st class
