- - Make sure that the systems and technology used are constantly upgraded to remain relevant.
- Come up with innovative solutions to various networking problems and ensures that customer needs are defined and met.
- Follow up with NOC team to insure that network alarms are cleared acting as Layer three point of contact.
- Coordinating with Sales department to insure customer’s requested design is met.
1- Supervising junior NOC engineers and provides training to the customers if requested.
2- Measure the impact of network faults and troubles on the network resources and services according to predefined KPIs.
3- Handle escalated trouble calls and work closely with the NOC, engineering, field technicians and telecommunications carriers to resolve service issues.
4- Provide remote technical assistance to field teams and ensure that field works are implemented without impacting the network health.
5- Studies the history of repeated fault occurrence and various technical aspects of such repeated cases and proposes actions/solutions to arrive at permanent solution.
6- Maintain periodic records related to network faults & outage and including time of occurrence/recovery procedure & actions taken.
7- Escalate major faults that can affect network service levels to higher management & system vendor.
8- Participate in the evaluation of current processes/ procedures and propose enhancements.
9- Follow-up safety precautions by using properly the security tools and operations for NOC in line with guidelines issued by Technology Security department.
10- Manage and control the Satellite frequency spectrum to ensure 99.9 % service stability
11-- Monitor and control the operation of Advantech DVB-RCS Network using Advantech NMS.
12- Installation and commissioning LAN and WAN networks equipment such as Switches, Routers and VoIP devices.

1- Responsible for day to day network and Hub operations and monitoring.

3- Responsible for Maintenance of Base band and RF Equipment.
4- Handling and operation of different testing equipments.
1- Responsible of integration and implementation of VSAT terminals reporting to senior integration engineer.
2- Generating and review engineering design documents.
3- Calculate link budget for sites as required by line manager.
4- Conduct training for engineers and customers.
5- Responsible for interfacing with customers, ensuring requirements are met and evaluating technical performance as required.
