❖ Investment estimation, Business case preparation,
❖ Capital and Revenue expenditure estimation and approval process
❖ Documentation (As per TS16949) : - Process flow chart; Process FMEA, QCPC, Operation standard, Process capability reports, Poke-Yoke reports, Cell layouts reports.

❖ Fixation and audit of works standards for assembly
❖ Man power estimates for assembly
❖ Capacity planning
❖ Cell standard preparation
❖ Line balancing

❖ Preparation of work standards and fixing the standard time for process

Project Title: Design and Development of the cover plate for removing clutch from Heavy Vehicles. Description: In heavy Vehicles while removing the clutch plate, there is a possibility of the plate that’s hurt the person who removes it. In order to overcome this we designed the cover plate with which removal of the plate is easy and safe.
