Responsibilites:
1. Inspection and testing of Lightning Protection Panel, 480 Switch Gear Panel, 13.8 & 4.16 Kv Transformer Panel, DC & UPS Panel, Plant Earthing System and its respective electrodes. Using Advanced Earth/Ground Tester and Earth/Ground Clamp.
2. Loop verification of all instrumentation, incorporating sequence checks of motors and pumps with Electrical Department Commissioning and other associated control instrumentation according to ILD (Internal Loop Drawing).
3. Supervise Field installation of Pressure, Flow, Temperature and Level Transmitter, Motorized & Pneumatic control valves, Analyzer and Limit switches according to P&ID.
4. Conduct point-to-point cold loop checking between field control instrument and field junction boxes and between field junction boxes and marshaling cabinets prior to loop energization.
5. Perform loop checking and loop simulation on various process control Instruments to ensure the correct tagging, ranges, and alarm trip setting.
6. Prepared list of instrument and points to be Loop Check and confirm all instrument check sheets are completed.
7. Create RFI’s Package for Inspection of field work and verify the work with Required testing to the consultant Engineer.
8. Create RFI's Document in the scope of Cable Pulling, Termination, Meggering and cold Loop Check.
9. Supervise Megger Test of Control, Instrument, low voltage and grounding cables.
10. supervise Installation, Glanding & dressing for all types of cables & connection inside the marshaling cabinets, Junction boxes and instruments.

1. Responsible for diagnose and resolving problem for hardware, software and end user issues.
2. Provide computer/laptop to new user with complete accessories and installed software & also
Give basic introduction about company IT policies & related software.
3. Handle and diagnose Network problems like TCP/IP, hardware, DHCP/ DNS server & cable issues.
4. Monitor WAN links all the time using different command like Ping, Tracer, Flush DNS &
Solar-wind & troubleshoot the basic issues.
5. Provide user-end support in different software working issues like, Primavera, Microsoft Outlook, Lync, Office, Lotus Notes, Share-point & ERP software SAP.
6. Routine check of Server Room, Network Room, Server maintenance & coordinate with related company for warranty claim.
7. Manage & Installation of server operating system Microsoft Server 2003, Microsoft Server 2003 R2, Microsoft Server 2008, Microsoft Server 2008 R2, and also installed different roles such as
(Active directory, file sharing, Mail server, Virtual machine, Antivirus, & DHCP/DNS).
8. Working in SLA environment provide support to the user end on their helpdesk request with in SLA time and close the request after work completion and take feedback from user end on work completion.
9. Deploying new hardware, network sharing, Server backups, & evaluating new software and security risks.
10. Create outlook mail address, Assigned share drive and rights, create new database for new projects of company as per requirement, create group for new users and also coordinate with different departments head and managers.

Responsibilites:
1. Glanding, Termination and Testing for instrument, control & network cables in PLC & DCS Marshaling cabinets & Junction Boxes.
2. Field installation of instrument’s for Pressure, temperature, flow, level transmitters, and Pneumatic control valves, motorized valves, Magnetic flow and Pressure Gauges.
3. Repairing of Digital and Analog instruments.
4. Testing of hot and cold loop of instruments & control panel loop function test.
5. Conduct no-load and load run test of HV and LV motors and monitor motor integrity.
6. Testing of motor control, functional control, running locally and also forward control to DCS.
7. Testing and commissioning of Instrument installation with complete requirement, fittings, leakage and design of instruments.
8. Using Hart communicator for configuration of transmitters, analyzer etc.
9. Usage of Multimeter, Cable tracer, mA generator, dead weight tester &
DCS & PLC Console for field & workshop troubleshooting.
