Handle all general accounting and finance transactions for group entities.
Ensure that all financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policy and procedures.
Establish and monitor the implementation of clear and effective accounting procedures and enhance performance of efficiency thereof.
Compile financial information to prepare complete financial statements including P&L, cash flow statement, and Balance sheet.
Monitor and track property income and expense, ensure timely collection rent receipts, monitor and manage bank deposits and maintain records using company’s property management software “Rent Manager” and other from time to time
Generate management reports including occupancy, Vacancy, accounts receivable, P&L and reports related to other activities and projects of the company.
Financial audit preparation and coordination with external auditors to ensure successfully and timely completion of yearly audit.
Interact with suppliers, banks and all external parties for any payments of financial transactions related to SREP Company both for regular activities of the company as well as ongoing special projects.
Coordination with various local and international banks for financing for real estate and other investment.
Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Bank Reconciliation, issuing checks to suppliers, following up pending receivable. recording all accounting transactions.
