 Preparation of Gate pass.
 Checking and Maintain Documents Transmission.
 Maintain stock Reports.
 Coordination with Site Staffs, Accounts Dept, Purchase Dept & Admin Dept.
 Prepare Schedules for the upcoming Months.
 Tag on for the Payments from Clients.
 Coordinate with Operation Team.
 Checking and extrication of Labor issues.
 Draft Letters to Main Contractor & Clients.
 General Administration and Front Office Management.
 Preparation of Joining & Resigning formalities.
 Arrangements for Monthly Invoices & Submission.
 Collection of site related documents from Clients & Contractors.
 Arrangements for Collecting Cheques and Deposits.
 Arranging Meetings with Clients and make good rapport with Client & Contractors.
