 Auditing and verifying all the revenue transactions, recording them and preparing daily and monthly sales and other reports
 Review of Rate checking of all the outlets and occupied rooms
 Audit all outlet (Banquet, Restaurant, Housekeeping and Front office etc..) and tally them
 Control and reconcile the daily sales in the outlet
 Maintaining of all kinds of Ledger Accounts
 Maintaining the Books of Accounts like Cash Book, Bank Book, Maintaining of Petty Cash Book
 Maintaining and making entries of different kinds of vouchers
 Preparation of different kinds of statements like Income & Expenditure Statements, Cash & Funds flow statement etc
 Preparation of Trading & Profile and Loss Account
 Preparation of Balance Sheet
 Internal Auditing and Preparation of MIS report
 Assisting for yearly finalization of accounts
 Preparation of invoice and purchase orders
 Maintaining of different kinds of registers like purchase, sales, materials inward and outward registers etc. and Inventory Management
 Credit Control functions and Payment follow -up
 Preparation of Inter Branch Reconciliation Statement
 Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement
 Preparation and submission of documents required for bank and other institutions
 Handling of other administrative related functions
 Knowledge of Payroll Processing
