1. Presently working as Assistant Manager Accounts in Malabar Gold (P) Ltd. since October 2003.
Duties & Responsibilities undertaken so far:
• Supervising and Guiding the preparation of Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual Individual and Consolidated Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account For 72 Retail Outlets, 7 Wholesale Divisions, Constructions and Developers and Other Divisions
• Conduct internal Audit.
• Review and analyse the business with accounts and statistical report.
• Supervising and guiding the preparation of MIS report and presenting to top level management and investors.
• Conducting Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual meetings with all Shop Heads and Corporate Directors
• Studying and analyse the new methods of accounting procedures and guiding to implement the same.
• Budgeting and forecasting the business and comparing with actuals.
• Preparing the project estimate for constructions and upcoming establishments and comparing with actuals.
• Headed in ERP implimentation.
• Consolidated real time valuation of the group as a whole.
• Management of Funds.
• Preparing the templates for all reports in Excel.
• Provide accounts training to new and existing staff.
• Interviewing and selecting the staffs for the accounts department.
