Participating in development of risk based audit plans, risk identification, risk assessment, development of controls along with auditing of documentation and premises, appropriateness of responsibilities and assessment of current procedures being followed in all the departments of the company and issuing of audit reports, preparation of risk charts.
Calculating raw material required on daily basis, count wise production comparison with standard yield, finished stock aging and validating RM data for costing.

Surprise checking of rate from market compared to own record, approval rates validation, supplier due diligence, verification of payments and improvement areas in payments and suggest controls.
Verification of salaries, wages, overtime, gratuity, social security, EOBI and employees loan records.
Surprise checking and counting of cash, risky vouchers trace-out with fake invoices and signature, and BRS.
Comparison of employee’s attendance record with physical presence of employees and to ensure that they are working properly and report to the management for any discrepancy about their presence or working.
Right sizing (downsizing) of un-necessary employees in case of more strength as compare to actual need of employees in the departments.
Daily report to the Audit Manager, Chief financial officer, Managing director and head office.
Finished Stocks receipt from Production on Daily Basis and recording into Oracle properly.
Arranging meetings and liaising with clients to understand their requirements and to change the credit limits.
Manage the stock and distribute to the dealers according to their demand orders and availability of stock.
Assist in the preparation of management reports according to organization format.
Distribute relevant reports to upper level management, staff and governing authorities.
Arrange the monthly/yearly audit plans with Internal Audit department.
Compile reports on various aspects of changes in production and inventory movement.
Monitoring all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly.

Preparation of employee’s salaries, wages and payroll accounts.
Reconciliations of different statements related to banks transactions.
