Job Responsibilities:
•Provide second-level technical support to all MENA employees within the organization.
•Assisted users working in a wide range of environments including but not limited to Windows, Virtual Machines, Active Directory, and mobile operating systems.
•Assigning users with office365 licenses through 365admin console. Manage User MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) profiles.
•Exchange management, creation of shared account, managing DL & setting up SMTP.
•Assist user managing groups over teams, SharePoint sites, and channels.
•Logged each user's query over IT service management system, and make sure to achieve KPI to each request, incident within the specified time frame.
•Helped Users diagnose issues caused by product, Active Directory, system, network, and security related permission issues.
•Conduct users training over email security/alerts to keep them up to date for latest hacking threats/types.
•Reporting to EMEA FTS Lead in Netherland.

•Configuring TCP/IP, DNS Server, DHCP Server.
•Successfully deployed/Administration of Huawei Based Video Conferencing Equipment TE 30/50 between multiple regional countries.
•Managed company mail control panel for email administration.

•Involve in support of system administrator in deployment of domain and workgroup policy.
•Providing complete desktop, servers, hardware, software and printer support and ensuring high quality service.
•Being part of successfully deployment of new ERP system in the company.
•Configuring TCP/IP, DNS Server, DHCP Server.
•Installation and configuration of ISA Server.
•Configure Internet Security Using Access Policies.
•Managing I.T Record.
•Report to ERP/MIS Manager.
