GOALS
INTERNAL DOWNTIME:
• To maintain Controllable down time 3.75% or below.
• To calculate MTTR & MTBF of Equipment which goes in breakdown related to his shift.
DOCUMENTATION
• To make detail report shutdown activity with cost involved and circulate to MMD management. Daily report shift report must be provided by shift in charge who is in General shift. Down time report, equipment maintenance history cards, shut down report, Maintain daily check list of furnaces, cranes, hydraulics and utilities.
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
• To submit detail RCA report of all Major DOWNTIME (Related to his shift).
HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT
• To conduct 2 training session in a year for other team members related to your scope of work
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plant Maintenance activity of, Utility, EOT cranes, Hydraulic System, Induction furnace 30 MT and CCM.
• Responsible for smooth operation and maintenance of Reverse Osmosis plant (Total Capacity 85 m3//Hr.), screw compressors (30 kw, 22 kw), Diesel generator 1MW and 800 KVA (Cummins), Induced draft cooling tower (250 to 650 ton)
• Execute Maintenance of Electrical Overhead Cranes (Capacity up to 70MT) including wheels’ alignment, wire rope changing, and inspection of gear boxes, couplings and bearings.
• Maintenance of all Hydraulic equipment's such as Pumps, Directional Control Valves, Flow & Pressure Control Valves, Over center & sequence Valves, Hydraulic Power pack & Cylinders.
• Analyze root cause of failures (RCA) and minimize Breakdowns/Downtime to enhance equipment reliability.
• Operate SAP ECC-6.0 & Create Reservations, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Material Inspection Request, and Maintain Stock of machine's spare parts at SAP.
• Monitoring inspections & rejections of engineering items/spares by physical inspection & as per DRR.
Worked on Master Material List with Store & set re-order levels accordingly for local & imported item.
• Record & maintain documents i.e. Checklists, History Cards, Downtime sheets, RCA file, Daily reports & Maintenance database.
• Ensure HSE compliance of as per engineering standards and train the team to ensure that the plant facility and equipment are maintained in safe and efficient operating conditions at all time.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new projects and machinery within the assigned scope and budget
• Responsible for the continuous running of Plant’s equipment and machinery, also control manpower.
• Organization of department and distributing work to subordinates to achieve the proper functioning.
• Established standard operating procedure (SOP) of equipment.
Responsibilities: Overhauling Commissioning of mechanical pumps and Rotary & Stationary equipment’s.
• Commissioning and maintenance of pump in Sahara Petrochemical Saudi Arab.
• Commissioning and maintenance of pump in Sabic Petro kemya Saudi Arab.
• Commissioning and maintenance of pump in Rabigh Petrochemical Saudi Arab.
• Commissioning and maintenance of pump in Saudi Electricity Saudi Arab.
• PERMIT RECIVER Saudi Electricity.
• Responsible for operation and maintenance of centrifugal pumps.
• Responsible for operation and Maintenance of WEIR, SULZER, FLOWSERVE, GOULDS, EBARA, DMW, KSB, GRUNDFOS, GE, MHI, ELLIOTT, GARDNER DENVER and others.
Responsibilities: Mechanical maintenance of utilities, Rotary and Stationary equipment’s, Power transmission equipment’s, pneumatic cylinders, centralized greasing systems, inspection and maintaining Log sheets.
• Maintenance of Electric Arc Furnace Daniele capacity 110MT
• Operation and maintenance of cooling towers (Induced Draft).
• Plan and monitor the shutdown activities of EOT cranes including wheels alignment, wire rope changing, and inspection of gear boxes, couplings and bearings.
• Commissioning and maintenance of Hydraulic power pack as per OEM and its related equipment’s.
• Carry out preventive and shut down maintenance of Fume Extraction system.
Responsibilities: Maintenance Rotating and stationary equipment’s, inspection and supervision and maintain Log sheet.
• Boiler (Fire tube) Capacity (1 ton)
• Monitor the operation of Chiller (1000 TR) also responsible to carry out the timely maintenance by outsource team.
• To monitor the activities of workshop including fabrication shop and machine shop.
• Monitor and supervise Machine shop, welding and fabrication activities.
• Lead the large team of maintenance. Assign task to teams take follow-up and report to management about the progress.
• Lead the team to perform load test on EOT cranes through third party.
