I am managing cradle-to-grave (initiation to close-out) responsibilities for strategic common projects across Bruce A and Bruce B Nuclear Power Plant, acting as portfolio manager in tracking all milestones (irrespective of which function performs the function) across the cradle to grave process.

I have been proactively involved in setting up and executing contract work by contractors and third party consultants, ensuring that the projects are executed in the field in accordance with applicable procedures and processes for nuclear, conventional, personnel and environmental safety and ensure compliance.

Provided project management consultancy for Symons Valley regional infrastructure projects; starting from acquisition of land from the city of Calgary, established organizational structure with key stakeholders (governance model for shared ownership), funding/budgetary reviews and later development of project plans for execution.

I presented and show-cased regional infrastructure projects / initiatives in the 7th "Beyond the Four Walls" conference, that was organized by Federation of Calgary Communities (FCC), held on October 01, 2016. This conference was attended by more than 220 not-for-profit organizations, including the 150 community associations in Calgary. "Engage to belong" was a successful trade show during this conference.

• Project engineering and program management of $1.95B utilities process systems, oil and gas pipelines, infrastructure and Outside Battery Limit (OSBL) scopes for Fort Hills oil sands mining and extraction project.

• Set up and managed EPC contract with Fluor Canada to engineer, procure and construct $1.495B scope for Fort Hills project

• Established project interface execution plans and Interface Agreements (IAs) among key project areas were put in place for interface and integration across Fort Hills project.

• Hands on experience in setting up project legal registry for Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 regulatory approvals, RASCI charts, and conducted regular reviews / audits in order to ensure that legal requirements are understood and complied fully, such that to avoid potential project delays, operating restrictions, cost escalation, loss of regulator goodwill, and/or impact on the corporate reputation.

• Established project execution plans, project schedules, project estimates, contingencies, risk management, Interface and integration with other project areas and program management for horizontal scopes across the project.

• Managed the overall program scope for Inter Pipeline Fund, that included - review of existing pipelines, pumping stations, electrical and control systems for an increased throughput of existing set up, and build new pipelines/facilities as required, to deliver the increased production of crude oil from satellite and storage stations at Hardisty - Alberta all the way to Canadian border and delivery at refineries within the United States.

• Provided leadership by creating comprehensive risk mitigation, project plans and schedules, change management, communication with internal and external stakeholders, and quality assurance / quality control plans for delivery of project scope.

• Successfully met and exceeded on project goals, schedules, and deadlines; often under tight time lines and with shifting priorities by developing and implementing innovative traffic light model system

• Contracts and PO setup, BEA, contract negotiations, contract management and administration for material procurement and filed construction services from vendors/OEMs and subcontractors respectively.

Sr. Piping and Pipeline Engineer - FEED and DBM design for 200K BOPD (barrels of oil per day) Petrodar Oil Field Development Project, Petrodar - Sudan.

CPF revamp, Transmission and flow lines for ADCO BAB Field Expansion Project, Abu Dhabi - UAE

Main Responsibilities:
• Conducted pipeline routing studies, ROWs, geotechnical and topographical surveys for well sites, flow lines, oil gathering manifold station, trunk lines, as-built data collection for CPF in order to engineer, procure and construct ADCO BAB field expansion project.
• Conducted reliability reviews/study of existing pipelines in order to ensure that the remainder design life of existing infrastructure is congruent with the newer expansion of BAB field facilities.
• Managed the EPC project scope for design work at home office, procurement, contract set up and execution of construction work in the field.
• Performed review and approval of engineering design specifications, job instructions and procedures for home office, field execution, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. Acted as key liaison with project leadership, vendors/OEMs and suppliers

Main Responsibilities:

• Managed the complete electrical & mechanical project scope for natural gas flow lines, well sites, launcher/receiver stations, power transmission lines, substations, SCADA systems and other wellhead surface facilities

• Interfaced with client, contractors, land owners, project internal and external stakeholders for effective project delivery on time and on budget.

• Set up project plans, contracts and managed the contractors’ performance to ensure that the technical, schedule, quality and commercial requirements of the contract are met.

• Engaged contractors for soil investigation, well site topographical survey, power transmission and process flow lines routing studies for wellhead surface facilities, gathering manifolds and the central processing facility.
