Responsibilities.
• Professional Design for small, medium and large-scale PV Systems with full proposal documents and technical engineering work and drawings according the SEC, ECRA and SASO IEC standards.
• Designing include; Designing system using pen and paper and then simulate the design through software (PVsyst and Helioscope), Calculations of string design according to SEC standards, Shading and orientation analysis, inverter and combiner box sizing, AC and DC cable sizing, circuit breaker and disconnect switches sizes, mounting structure design, battery backup calculations, scope of work, complete bill of materials, specifications, drawings and project schedule.
• Financial and PV plants return of investment and savings calculations for 25 years.
• Design accurate energy model of entire plant in PVSYST.
• Following SEC connections standards for on-grid systems, designing main switch, solar PV switch and interface protection switch, to insure the anti-islanding in case there is any fault.
• Shading analysis, site latitude and longitude, total Irradiance, sun path, sun shine hours, temperature, Weather, environmental effects and yearly average KWh/yr analysis.
• Electricity bill analysis using software to get the customer actual consumption.
• Mounting Structure design (using AutoCAD) of photovoltaic systems including rooftop, carport and ground mounted arrays.
• Create electrical single-line diagrams, panel schedules, or connection diagrams for solar PV systems, using AutoCAD.
• Develop cost estimates of PV plants that include all aspects of the project cycle.
• Check electrical installation for proper wiring, polarity, grounding, or integrity of terminations
• Manage proposals and bid/award process and procurement of all project materials.
• Presenting the customer solar system and educating them to install solar system at their premises.
• Project planning, project management and project schedule to ensure execution as per project period.
• Identify, coordinate and participate in client relationship-building activities and meetings.

• Single Line Diagram of Complete solar PV system ranging from kW- MW including System layout, Cable layout, Earthing layout, string layout and panel schedules.

• Designing electrical distribution scheme for the PV system, preparing CAD layouts, modifying existing distribution setup etc.
• String sizing, selection of solar panel, selection of inverter, combiner box,

• Developed design specifications and functional requirements for residential, commercial and industrial solar energy systems.
